Val d'Aran by UTMB® opens registrations for its 2024 edition

On Tuesday 19 2023, at 11:00 a.m., the preferential registration ONLY for runners with UTMB® Index begins. 48 hours later, registration will be open to all other interested parties.

September returns full of challenges and objectives marked in the 2023/2024 calendar. One of them is** the fourth edition of Val d'Aran by UTMB®** , which will take place from 3 to 7 July next year. Registration will open on Tuesday 19 September at 11:00 a.m. (CET). However, for the first 48 hours, until Thursday 21 September at 11:00 am (CET), only people with a UTMB® Index will be able to purchase a race bib for the Val d'Aran by UTMB® races. After this period of time, any runner will be able to register.

For the third consecutive year, Val d'Aran by UTMB® revalidates its title as UTMB® World Series Major, the European final of the UTMB® World Series circuit, awarding all its finishers double the number of Running Stones.

With more than 5,300 runners of more than 80 different nationalities in its last edition, Val d'Aran by UTMB® returns with the aim of continuing to establish itself as one of the most important trail events in the world.

19 September is the opening of the registration period

On Tuesday 19 September at 11:00 am, the registration period to participate in the fourth edition of Val d'Aran by UTMB® opens. For the first 48 hours, until Thursday 21 September at 11:00 am (CET), only people with UTMB® Index will be able to acquire a race bib for the Val d'Aran by UTMB® races. After this period of time, any runner will be able to register.

Priority registration is a **48 hour window of time immediately before general registration opens ** with the benefits of being the first to secure a place in the race, and access to cheaper prices, depending on the number of bibs sold.

Val d'Aran by UTMB® returns with the aim of continuing to establish itself as one of the most important and spectacular trail races in the world, and one of the obligatory stops on the UTMB® World Series circuit.

The beauty and demanding nature of its routes, set in the heart of the Pyrenees, make it one of the favourite events for trail running enthusiasts. An unmissable event for mountain lovers.
