HOKA Val d'Aran by UTMB® opens registration on 18th September
The event, which will be held in Vielha from 2 to 6 July 2025, will once again be the European Major awarding double Running Stones to VDA, CDH, PDA, EXP and SKY participants.
Luke Grenfell-Shaw and Allison Baca, the fastest in the HOKA Val d'Aran of HOKA Val d'Aran by UTMB®
The British runner, who was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 2018, was crowned the winner of the HRC, reaching the finish in a time of 12:05:03. The American, eleventh overall, was the fastest woman over the 110-kilometre course, stopping the clock in 14:44:51.

The first place winners will receive 5,000 euros, the second place winners 3,000 euros, the third place winners 2,000 euros, the fourth place winners 1,250 euros and the fifth place winners 1,000 euros.

The Murcian ran the 32 kilometres of the EXP in a time of 02:54:23. In the women's category the fastest was the Catalan, stopping the clock in 03:27:48. With the celebration of this race, HOKA Val d'Aran by UTMB® closes its fourth edition, with more than 5,400 runners at the starting line.

In a time of 05:00:20, the Catalan was the first runner to ring the bell in this fourth edition of HOKA Val d'Aran by UTMB®. In the women's category, Inés Astrain from Navarre was the fastest to reach the finish in 06:12:02.

• Through the NO tee - ONE tree campaign, the runners of both events can renounce their technical t-shirt and donate this amount to the Tenerife Renace initiative.
• Taking advantage of the presence on the island of the co-founder of UTMB® Group, Michel Poletti, the Cabildo authorities visited Montaña limón and the El Portillo Visitor Centre in the Teide National Park to show the work being carried out in the area of burnt forest to prevent soil erosion.

Frenchman Guillaume Lherisson and Spaniard Judith Soriano won the SKY Promises, stopping the clock in 1:18:30 and 1:42:13 respectively. During the morning, the Trail Festival Baqueira Beret was also held in Pla de Beret for the youngest members of the family and future trail runners.
HOKA Val d'Aran by UTMB® starts its fourth edition with more than 6,200 registered runners
The event, which takes place from 3 to 7 July in the heart of the Pyrenees, and which can be followed anywhere in the world via UTMB® Live, has more than 120 elite sportsmen and women. In its fourth edition, and with all the distances closed for months, more than 6,200 runners from more than 80 countries have registered.
Anti-doping: UTMB Group strengthens its commitment to clean trail-running
HOKA Val d'Aran by UTMB, European MAJOR, is going to carry out anti-doping controls on the first three runners of the VDA, 100M; CDH, 100K; and PDA, 50K. In addition, random controls will be carried out on the rest of the participants.
