Val d'Aran by UTMB® sells out registrations for the PDA and the EXP

About five months before the event,** Val d'Aran by UTMB® has hung up the 'Sold Out' sign for two of its distances**. The PDA, of 55 km, and the EXP, of 32 km, are full. A real success and confirmation that Val d'Aran by UTMB® is one of the most desired races on the international trail running calendar.

With a route of 55 kilometres and a positive difference in altitude of 3,300 metres, the PDA, Peades d'Aigua in Aranese, the local language, was the first to sell out. It did so last December, just a few weeks after the opening of the registration period. With an unbeatable route, with water as the main element, the PDA is also a real mountaineering challenge for the participants, who will visit incredible places such as Colomèrs, the largest glacial lake cirque in the Pyrenees.

Meanwhile, the EXP, Expériencia d'Aran, with its 32 kilometres and 2,100 of positive height gain, offers a circular route in which runners will also be immersed in the beauty of the Val d'Aran and the warmth of some of its beautiful villages, such as Arties, Casarilh, or Vielha, the epicentre of the event.

Almost 5,000 runners have already confirmed their presence in Val d'Aran by UTMB®.

In addition to the PDA and the EXP, the event offers other distances: the VDA, of 163 kilometres; the CDH, of 110 kilometres; and the SKY, of 15 kilometres, for which registrations are still open until 26 June or until the numbers run out.

In addition, during the event there will be numerous activities such as concerts and other shows, or the Trail Festival Baqueira Beret, on the morning of Saturday 8 July, in Beret. A meeting place for families, runners and fans, which will host children's races, an obstacle course and craft workshops.
