Vielha 10K, a special race that celebrates the spirit of sport
In the heart of the Pyrenees and surrounded by the natural beauty of the Val d’Aran, the Vielha 10K is born — a very special race designed to pay tribute to the true driving force behind HOKA Val d’Aran by UTMB®: the spirit of sport and community.
This event, which will take Wednesday 2 July at 19:00 at 7:00 p.m., is designed to enjoy trail running in a festive and friendly atmosphere. Starting and finishing at the Ultra-Trail® Village in Vielha, the 8-kilometer course with 600 meters of positive elevation gain runs along paths that offer a small but breathtaking glimpse of the Aranese landscape.
Beyond the sporting challenge, the Vielha 10K is a celebration of trail running open to all levels. It aims to honor and thank those who make this event possible: volunteers, sponsors, exhibitors, runners, and the inhabitants of the Val d’Aran.
Registrations Open in two phases
Exclusively for residents of the Val d'Aran: From May 14 at 11:00 a.m. until 19 May at 10:59 a.m. (CET)
General registration opens: 19 May at 11:00 a.m. (CET)
Registrations must be made through each runner's My UTMB account.
Open to anyone aged 18 and over, this race is perfect for both newcomers to trail running and those looking for a more relaxed sporting experience during a week when the world's trail running elite will gather in the Val d'Aran.
